Crossville Fire and Rescue, located 6 miles east of Vernon, AL, is a small non-profit
volunteer organization. Formed in 1974, Crossville Fire and Rescue is a very vital part of the community. With the Fire Dept.
having the most modern and up to date fire equiptment and vehicles. The Rescue Squad is also remarkable, with paramedics,
EMTs and drivers that go above and beyond the call of duty 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.
